Anita,    How will you "know" if,  " Whether or not the fees will actually be reduced" ?

If you are not going to do their work.   A quandry,   He sends you an order.  Do you do it

and send it back, then argue about the fee, or call him and get the fee changed before

doing it ????????    Seems a though, if you do it first you are accepting his temrs

and are agreeing to the terms. (Huh, Kevin    / Robert )
