I love this site as well and I consider myself extreemly open to anything a Title company has to say.  I do not believe that I have ever taken any "shots" at anyone in the past, nor do I consider my post here a "shot".

I would love to hear what Shaun has to say in his defense, or better yet he could respond to any of the questions posted here.  For that matter, you could jump to his defense as well and I would be more than happy to be corrected.

It would please me to no end to be proven wrong - I want to be wrong about Shaun, believe me I do, please feel free to set me straight - anyone ... anyone?
