You mean you OFTEN see Title Companies, who SHOULD have an Agreement of Sale in their hand.....  ordering property searches of addresses that are not the property being bought/sold?  WOW. 

If I can't easily get the parcel number, I have to give the Abstractor just the address to work from (and owner).... but it's ALWAYS the address being sold or re-fied.
