I am not claiming anything at all like that-( I am not sure what it was you read into my comments-this has nothing to do with me at all)- just pointing out that "someone" has to be able to render opinions-the statement as written implies that no one can do so and if they did it would be a UPL.-I think it should read something along the lines of-"ABC Abstracting Co. does NOT render opinions of title....and doing so would be a UPL..." These things are left to title companies or attorneys that are able to issue title insurance and or opinions of title.

Hope that cleared that up-
