Thank you, Alix.  It is always a good feeling to know that you are appreciated.  There is a lot of work that goes into maintaining Source of Title and much of the credit goes to Slade and Jarrod for their dedication.  We have come a long way in the past few years and it has been a pleasure to see so many people visit and contribute to the community.

I wish you, and everyone else, a very good new year, too.  Lord knows that after 2008 we could all use it.  I do expect things to improve in 2009, but I think it will be later in the year.  This industry has always been cyclical, but the future is very hard to predict with the uncertainty of the bailout and the mystery behind what the government is doing with the TARP funds.  Add to that a new President, and its anyone's guess.
