They made a mistake and according to the person with Transtar National Title of Plano, TX, they did not bother to inform any of the vendors that they sent checks; said checks were sent in error,

I submit that I was merely informing the members of this board to beware of any check that they may receive from Transtar National Title of Plano, TX, to be sure that they are owned the money before depositing the check because Transtar National Title of Plano, TX, has no intention of informing you of their mistake.

Instead you make the deposit and then you get a check back from your back together with a service charge because Transtart National Title of Plano, TX, in my opinion, did not do the right thing and notify all the vendors that they sent these checks in error.

Good for you that you do thousands of dollars of business with Transtar National Title of Plano, TX, if that is indeed the same Transtar National Title since you seem to be aware of many Transtar National Title companies. In the future I shall endeavor to put the address of every company I mention in a post. That is a good idea.

The only person who was damaged here was me. and I don't know how many others who got ripped for service charges for checks Transtar National Title of Plano, TX sent out,

I did not make up this story, It happened, And the woman at Transtar National Title of Plano, TX, admitted to me that it happened to a lot of people,

My warning stands, Why don't you call Transtar National Title of Plano, TX, and ask them?

I don't want to hear about how I should not have made the deposit. I have apparently done work for Transtar National Title of Plano, TX and they sent the check, I am not going to audit my books for each check that comes in until the end of the month. I get the check and I make the deposit.

I would be interested to know how others treat checks they receive and that includes you with your thousands of dollars of business from Transtar National Title of Plano, TX.
