Another winner of a company here. Stay away from them! They owe us over $900 and refuse to pay. Contact with the owner, Mark Walker, is met with incompetant business practices. He is "looking" into paying us? It's been 18 months since we've done work for them, what is he waiting for? I would stay away from them and everyone should be aware of the way they pay, not pay, their abstractors.

Standing united against these companies that don't pay would give them all a wake up call. For crying out loud, they are getting paid for the closing, our fee is right there in the HUD!!!! Yeah I'm a little hot today about these no payers. I have to let employees go and I haven't taken a paycheck myself in months due to this. This industry needs to be cleaned up too!
