I am really impressed with the site.  It is easy to navigate and the user is not forced to weed through a bunch of sales babble to find what he or she is looking for.  I did not find the flash to be overdone, and it did not cause any delays in my experience.  On the other hand, if Renee did experience delays, others might also.

I will be needing some course credits for Missouri before too long.  Please get to work on approval of your courses by the good ol' boys down there.  As it stands now, I am pretty sure the MLTA has a monopoly on approved continuing education courses.  I will certainly do some learning on your site when it will result in CE credits.
