Warning:  As others have previously mentioned on this forum: Servicelink is a pain!  I had been doing work for their predecessor: ATM.  Servicelink took over and wanted the work done for the volume price I had provided ATM.  Then, they wanted the information entered on their website.  The demanded shorter and shorter turn around times.  Worst of all, their contact people are totally unprofessional and extremely rude.  They refuse to pay a reasonable rate for work and want it completed in an unreasonable amount of time.  Whoever processed their work seems to know nothing about the title business and we received rejects for work that was correctly abstracted.  In addition, they pay extremely slowly.  I advise you stay away from this company. They still owe me money that I doubt I will ever see.
