Examination is added value if they in fact do an examination. In PA, under the agency program, the examination is part of the all-inclusive rate as is the search. Since we perform the examination we just quote in the HUD column for the premium. We put the fee to the abstractor in the 1100 section but don't carry it over to the column since the consumer isn't paying it directly.
We've also been disclosing the portion of the premium going to the title underwriter in the same manner. We call it "title underwriting" and it give the name of the underwriter and the dollar amount of their premium paid by TCS POC.
