We took an order for this company in mid May. We did not get paid until the end of July. To get paid we had to make constant calls to their office for payment. In addition, we accepted the order on a Friday at 4:00 p.m. for a county that was 3 hours away. We advised Eclipse that it would be the following Monday around noon at the latest before the search would be completed. Eclipse accept and fowarded the order. On the following Monday morning at around 8:30, I received a harrassing phone call from a lady at Eclipse demanding why I hadn't had the search completed. I calmly explained to them that this was discussed on the previous Friday and not to call our company again for assistance with any more orders.
