I read your post and all of the replies. I hope my simple words will offer you some comfort. I have done numerous orders for them since April and have had no significant issues. If you can get past the repetitive status calls, I think you will find Eclipse as a legitimate company that may be feeling some growing pains. Any time I had a question/concern, a phone call to Wayne or one of his subordinates did the trick. They have paid and, again, if I felt leary, with a simple phone call, I was made aware of their payment cycle. Communication always helps. Some times I think we lose sight of the fact that they (companies) extend a lot of trust to us (the abstractors) that when they send us an order, we will complete it in a timely and accurate manner just as the trust is reversed that they will pay us accordingly.
