Source of Title Forums: Re: I'm going to say it...if I can keep composed

We have consulted an attorney and even if there is no way to save it. Believe me, we have scrambled to do whatever we could but they could not restucture our loan for us to be able to afford the payment. Our appraisal is now $60k less than it was 2 years ago. So, we are "upside down" in our loan.
