One time  LFC tried to force  my fee's down to $25 a cuurent owner search. Of course I declined. I told the VM that It was a real shame since we had been doing a nice volume of business since we both opened our doors. We had really gone out of our way to service this account as they paid on time and were generally good people. We often pulled through for them on their "super rushes" However, I'll never forget what the VM told me , "We cannot afford to be loyal". Then the work really started to slow down, almost to a dead halt. If LFC was able to find the $25 low-baller and still not turn a profit I think it speaks volumes as to the current state of the industry.
