First, I never said you "ripped anyone off." And, second, I never said you "owned" 4 Hour Abstract. However, you do appear to have some involvement with the company. The July/August 2008 issue of The Title Report indicates that you are a representative of the company.

I don't know why you get so defensive when these types of relationships are pointed out. I have NOT seen any complaints about 4 Hour Abstract - it appears to be a reputable company. Thus, I don't know why you would consider my pointing our your involvement as "mud slinging."
As I have pointed out many times, it is important to have transparency in this business. Company names are a dime a dozen - everyone should know the "people" behind the business entity. Otherwise, it gives people reason to be suspicious.
If what you say is true - you only owe $20,000 to abstractors and you are working on getting them paid, then I think that is great. Keep on fighting the fight, go after the "bad guys" and clean up the industry - Lord knows someone needs to. I don't think I have ever criticized anyone for actively pursuing collections. We need to see more of that in this business.
