Have been doing work for them since 2005 (have a search in my hands right now).  They are great to talk to and quick to respond to problems with a search.  They have an online site (which I know some people hate dealing with) to communicate ETA, problems, etc, which I prefer to email at times.  I get work in waves - sometimes a handful in a week, other times a month with nothing.  I don't think I've ever had a payment problem.  Right now I have a couple orders unpaid from May, but I know they will take care of them on the next check.  Payment is a little slower than it used to be, but with so many companies disappearing overnight without paying, I'm pretty understanding if it takes a few weeks longer to get paid.  Just knowing that I WILL be paid is comforting at this point.  I'd definitely recommend working with them ... like I said, great group of people.  Be sure to read the order thoroughly - sometimes the instructions change (need copies/need abstract instead, need plat, chain of title).    :-)
