I had also received the questionaire a few days after doing a current owner search that involved a foreclosure on the previous owners of the property. At first I had worried that it had been sent because they might have thought I had missed something and were gathering information to build a case, I am pretty sure that is not the case though as I re-examined my search information to make sure it was thorough and complete. The next day an email was sent out thanking all those that had already filled out and returned the questionaire and the list was numerous as to who the email was sent to and I had not yet filled it out or sent it back at that time which also explained why the questionaire was sent out to begin with. I don't remember what all it said and I don't have a copy of it any longer. Archer land Title had recently changed their search requests to include judgment and lien searches on all owners in title over a 10 year period as well as 20 year federal judgments. As they state on the questionaire that due to the increased amount of foreclosures they are wanting to work with the best abstractors they can find and that is the reason for the questionaire.
