Jessica,
I actually appreciated everyone's response here...yours the most. I was of the absolute same hearfelt resolution for LSI up until that order....and you know what? I think I may have been wrong. I did not contact LSI about the order which was "not received in time" and as it turns out, their meaning when they wrote that was far different than the meaning I took from it. I read, "Late order" they actually meant that their client had cancelled and I should have received an email stating so hours before I turned it in. I can't say for sure whether I did or did not receive the cancellation. I worked with LSI for about 4 yrs.....I thought I was witnessing a very bad trend in price slashing. I do believe that maybe after all the years of being burnt by others, I may very well have become hyper sensative and reacted emotionally. Lesson: call your vendor management BEFORE losing any hair. Could be that I still have lost my most valuable client, but even if that is the case, everyone should hear this: I was wrong and jumped the gun. LSI and all if it's vendors have my most sincere apologies. Tim Prior (Pryor) dealt with me today because HE took the time out of his day to call me and try to clarify what I misread...I am thankful for that regardless of outcome. Except for the embarrasment of course.
