Dear Vendor

Thank you for your response to our email of a few days ago regarding Metro National Financial's possible acquisition of the assets of TitleStream. We have been pleased with the mostly favorable response to our offer. However, several vendors have declined our offer. Since we were unable to obtain agreement among all vendors, as we had hoped, we are withdrawing our offer because we will no longer be pursuing our acquisition of TitleStream.
