I was surprised to see this article in a Google Alert today and thought you might want to respond by commenting in the Tulsa World column.  If you are familiar with the issues in Iowa or Oklahoma, could you shed some light on their concerns?  I know Iowa has that state sponsored insurance program and that there are only a few title plants.  How does that flow into a conversation saying abstractors are not necessary?
