After contacting Steve Black, Accurate's president/owner of Texas branch, I received a response back from him the same day stating that he would look into my payment issues. The next day I was contacted by Connie Kaplan, Vice president from Accurate's PA office stating that they would be sending a check out for one of my invoices and a partial of another. A check was overnighted the next day. She stated that remaining invoice was pending for payment and would go out "on our next check run this Friday". That was last week, so I am still waiting on that payment, however I am happy that someone finally responded to my payment inquiries and that they are working to resolve the matter. But I still cannot get a straight answer on when payment is made each month.
