Source of Title is a provider of an interactive computer service and as such we are not liable for defamation for publishing the content of our users' posts. This immunity is provided by the Communications Decency Act of 1996 (47 USCS § 230).  However, YOU may be liable if you post a libelous comment in our forums.

I understand that it is easy to get upset and post something in "the heat of the moment."  But, you really need to think about what you post before you hit the SUBMIT button.  The forums are unmoderated and we allow you to post just about anything you like.  However, we want discourage you from posting anything that could subject you to libel suit. 

We do not have the resources, or access to the facts, to verify all of the information that is posted by our users. Thus, it is our policy not to remove posts once they are published by our users.  We may make exceptions, at our discretion, however we rarely do so.

So, please... take a deep breath and count to 10 (or 100) before you post something you may regret.
