Just an FYI right from the mouth of Bev, owner of BRB Abstracting, Inc.in Wisconsin, they "have lost 2 major accounts this week and are closing our doors".  This was the email response given when asking the status of past due invoices. Of course, the searches were done and payment was promised prior to her losing her 2 major accounts!! Another one bites the dust, leaving abstractors unpaid for work performed on a timely basis in order for her company to look good to her clients. Thank you, Bev. Poor excuse for not paying abstractors.  Get deeper pockets next time you take on the responsiblity of opening a business!
