ART wash shut down July 30 after Mercury closed all of its operations outside Colorado. National Closing Solutions hired the majority of employees that worked at ART after LFC was closed. Placer Title is a subsidiary of National Closing Solutions, so I suspect that's why they are handling the transactions currently in the pipeline, and will continue doing the title and closing work in the future.
