I totally agree, some scum bag just totally undercut us here in CT, I would really love to know who it is and I'm working on it!  We lost about 150 orders a month. We were already at a point where there wasn't much of a profit. Cost two people their jobs. I just can't understand how anyone could make a dime at the fees this client wanted us to go down to. Frankly, I have about had it with  this industry, there is no loyalty once so ever, of course the title company expects it from us, it is really disgusting.
