I checked the Corporation Entity Database for NY companies and they aren't listed.  Either they just filed their paperwork last week or they aren't a registered entity (Inc., LLC, etc.).   Patchogue is in Suffolk County, maybe some of the fine abstractors here on SOT that do work in Suffolk County can help you out :)

I would double check the area code too.  Maybe the PO Box is set to forward to a different address where they are actually located
