As much as I would love to agree with the "Lien of Abstractor" idea, it is the order requesting entity or individual whom is your client and proper debtor, not the home owner or reecord title owner. It would be quite a battle to get that type of lien legislated, after-all that is what a Money Judgment is for anyway.

It would be better to maintain and practice a good billing and collection procedure, learn how to deal with the collection of amouts due and over-due by customer contact and the employing of  collection agents when required.
