I believe that the Title Search you provided is your PRODUCT to the requesting party, they(your client) has no right to use of the product without committing to the payment for it to you and your firm. This means the requesting party (your client) is obligated to pay for the product once submitted to them, even if their transaction were to fold, once they have used it (commitment preparation completed and submitted ) to inform their client(s) they have accepted the product and used it to their apparent satisfaction, and should pay for it.. 

Go get (collect) what is due you. Remember it is always better to have some kind of written agreement between you and your client(s).
