Just to be clear Mr. Franco,

My attorney has written you before about making defamatory remarks about my business affairs.  Your posting is not only riddled with incorrect statements, but once again you have shed a negative light on someone elses efforts to have a web site.  I am NOT the owner of all of the companies you have listed. Like you I have had multiple businesses.  Every single bill has been paid for every one of them.  I too am allowed to make a living.  I was the owner of Absolute Property Services and I was forced to close due to the dishonest nature of many of my past customers.  I chose to close not so I could run off with the money but because that was the only way I could concentrate my efforts on collections without adding to the problem.  I have spent the last 20 months dealing with attorneys, at my expense in an effort to bring back my good name from all of the former misstated remarks that were posted on this site.  I too was an independent before we added other states to our services area.  I know what it feels like to not be paid. I have personally spoken with everyone who is still owed money and we are on good terms. We are working through this together and for their patience I am truly grateful.  I have helped many people with their collections as well and have assisted many in getting paid when they otherwise may have not.  I have even posted warnings on this site in an attempt to help others and you didnt like the postings so I started another site where people could get the info.

I have made phone calls to dozens of people about the web site abstractorwatchdog.com and I have informed everyone I spoke with that I am the owner.  I did not post it on the site because the address I listed is a business address and mail in my personal name would not be recognized.  I am charging a small fee.  No where near what you charge.  I am not looking to make money on the site.  I am merely trying to help others from being ripped off.

We are both business men and if you truly have everyones best interests at heart, then you will support my concept and not take away from it.  I hope you will have the respect to disagree with your statements publicly and not remove this posting.
