I find that when I quote my regular price for a CO case( which is $85) that the person asking always goes for the "cheap" guy on the block anyway-I always wonder why we bother to publish our prices when they are just ignored- I don't think it is right to publish one price then 
undercut it in a phone/e-mail inquiry. My prices indicate $85 and that is what I stick with-of course my $85 fee does not say anything about quality or turn time- that is all part of the business post also- but I also find that most(all) have no interest in those details- only cost and how fast!!
And that just is NOT my idea of quality title examination- but they do get what they ask for.( Might be more claims)
