I have to say that Absolute and all of the other companies you mentioned took care of EVERY debt they owed me before I shut down Clydesdale Abstract.  I wish I could say that for more companies, as I am dealing with thousands of dollars of receivables, and many issues from companies going out of business.  I will be personally paying off my three abstractors through the rest of next year because of truly bad companies.  In my experience, Rob Arnold wasn't like that at all and did a great job of communicating and paying of the money his companies owed me. 

I have just found Abstractor Watchdogs and signed up...for 4.99 I have many companies to add to the list and now I WON"T do work with anyone on it - and I tell them why.  Sure some companies make mistake and even my accountant had made some - but I look there first!
