I have reviewed yet another comment from you that is innacurate.  4 hour is not my company.  It is owned by Erin Carraway.  If I owned all of the companies that you have mentioned I could be a millionaire.  This will be my last posting relating to this issue.  I will no longer take part in the mud slinging that takes place on this site.  Here are the facts.

I have been in this industry for 16 years.  I have been owner, consultant and employee to many. Those who truly know me, know that I am honest and dedicated to fulfilling my obligations. Absolute was stiffed for nearly $500,000.00.  150,000.00 was owed to abstractors.  $130,000.00 has been paid.  I have been in contact with all that remain and we on good terms.  I am acutely aware of how to rip people off because I have had it done to me.  I have not ripped anyone off.  Many companies have vanished off the planet without paying abstactors.  I have not. I wish you people would at least give credit where credit is due.  I have spent a ton of my own money and made significant sacrifices to my career by spending the last 1.5 years going aftr the bastards that have ripped all of us off.  Some of them I helped to send to prison.

I was stiffed by 382 people since I have been in business.  We did nearly One million searches WITHOUT a single claim.  And yes, I can prove it.  We have had a tremendous reputation unil the end when a select few decided to start the mudslinging.  I have publicly asked people to send invoices for what they have owing.  I have dealt with every one of them. 

I was asked by dozens of people to start a web site to list good and bad payers.  So thats what I did.  I charge very little.  The money goes back into the web site.  The only goal is to help people.  If I fail, then they dont get the help.  So I hope everyone at least is willing to be open minded about the site.  If $4.99 per year saves you from being victimized once, then it was worth it.
