Like in the earlier post on the lawyer in PA, I would contact the NC State Bar and find out what they have on this Michael Park, and I certainly would file a complaint with them. May be a long shot since it sounds as if he as flown the coop in NC..but you can try. I wish both of you luck..you just don't know who to trust anymore!
