Yes, you read correct.  It was $3.5 BILLION.  It was a large corporation with holdings nationwide and they must have been refinancing many of them.  We were only doing one small part in one little county in Ohio.  And... no premium for me.  We merely did the search and recording for a national title company.  I think we got $50 for the recording fee.  So... unfortunately, business isn't all that good this year.

And, I kind of arrived at the same conclusion regarding the recorder's office verifying that the document is certified when they take it in.  That is the only way I can think of making it all work.  But, I don't think they want to do that.
