To All Title Researchers,

After further review of  my records with my bookkeeper, I wish to edit the above information.   I was in error when I posted the complaint about Title Trackers of Texas.  It appears that we had resolved the payment issue and I could not remember that it was cleared up.  My apologies to Mike Gottardi of Title Trackers of Texas.  We had talked and I told him that I would clear up this problem.  However, the problem with Ameristar still exists and after sending several letters to them as well as, a certified letter and having my attorney contact them it still appears that they do not wish to pay.  It is now coming up on a year since this incident happened and still no resolution to the problem.  So beware of Ameristar.  David L.
