Scott,

There is a website: www.abstractorwatchdog.com that shows reviews on tons of companies. It allows positive and/or negative comments for clients.

I've started using it to check on new clients. It's only $4.99/year. It seems pretty reliable. Then I cross-check with SOT, just to see if anything newer has come up.
