This company has two listings on SOT. One has contact information the other does not. I wonder if it's because of all the negative comments posted against them. Well, here is another. I generally don't post too many negative things on here, but I can't refrain from this one. My account receivable manager just got off the phone with Michael Nachman, the manager, who cannot prove that he paid a past due invoice. He states his system dumps all information after 12 months. Wow, that's an IRS auditors dream!! He refused to pay an invoice from '07, one that he has been repeatedly asked to pay. The other day I called to talk to him and he was on another line. One of the employees asked me if they owed us money, which I stated yes they do. He then stated I won't tell Michael otherwise he won' t call me back. Michael also wasn't too concerned about going to collections. I just wanted to warn other abstractors about this company and maybe bringing this to light gives me a chance to get paid. It's only for one search, but it's principal. All I can hope for is Karma for that company if I don't get paid. We have been civil with them, no yelling, but maybe that gets more done, I don't know.
