Yep, they're deadbeats.  We'd gotten wind of Titlesearch early on (probably from posts here) and started making them pay for orders up front using our pay-pal account!  We did do a few orders for them -- and did get paid...but only because of the pay-pal arrangement.  Haven't heard from them in awhile so doesn't surprise me that they're out of business and opening under a new name.  I have "Default Solutions Group" on my "DO NOT ACCEPT WORK" list.  Thanks for the heads up.
