Well said George- just in different words, but it seems we do agree on the basic points. I don't think there is a lot to actually loose if turning down this kind of request- it will undoubtedly be transferred to another person,but they will have to deal with all the "little" stuff that goes along with picking up the "crumbs", as you put it!! And crumb picking up it labor intensive and money lacking, that is why they are not doing it.
