Contemporary is out of business. I have a judgment on them and was able to get some money garnished from them before they closed out their bank accounts early this year. John Seard, owner of DocsPlus LLC in Hyattsville, MD supposedly bought the rights to Contemporary Realtys customer and vendor database as well as their computer software, website etc. (docsplusllc.com).  Seard immediately set out to follow in Contemporarys footsteps and has not paid for services provided. I did a small amount of work for DocsPlus to see where it would lead and am now in the process of collections on a small amount against DocsPlus and will try to get the Contemporary judgment collected on DocsPlus. If anyone knows a contact to get these guys prosecuted for fraud, it would be appreciated. After all they are criminals and need to be punished. I was happy to be apart of running CRS out of business and I would gladly give up the judgment just to see these guys go to jail! Sorry for the bad news Cliff.
