I believe Rob is doing the best he can with a struggling company.  He's a good guy, actually.  I do think he should probably start from scratch because although technically the settlements side has a good name, they can be considered guilty by association.  I don't really understand all of that jive about companies belonging to each other and being one and the same or whatnot, but I know that if I was reading about how terrible ABC Company was and then one day I saw something about a company associated with it, I'd remember the bad stuff before I even considered any glowing recommendations.  Anyways, I just know that I don't owe this company anything, and I plan on making sure they don't get anything out of me, but in the meantime, anyone out there who is owed money, should probably do what Elizabeth does and bug them religiously.
