Thank you, Robert!  At least I know I'm not off-the-mark questioning this suggested proposal!  You would think that something as big and professional as Wachovia wouldn't fall for such a scheme.  I had thought about increasing prices to cover the cost, but I would rather choose not to accept this method (and hope many others do likewise), so that the idea falls flat. Yes, times are hard right now; but it will get better.  Chins up!
