I posted this on SOT forum in early July, I believe.  I was pleased to read Robert Franco's response, which validated my feelings about Wachovia's proposal.  The Title Report folks contacted me a few days later, asking for permission to quote me in an article.  I don't have a subscription to The Title Report, but I do receive a "teaser" email at each publication which alerted me that the article had  been published.  I thank Diane Cipa for providing the article for our review, allowing me to read in its entirety, just in case there had been some mis-quote or "spin" added. 

We've enjoyed work from Wachovia for a few years; and I fear I've shot myself in the foot now and won't see any more.  One thing I have learned in our years in business is that when one client walks out the back door, another one comes in the front, so long as we operate with integrity and faith.
