A friend of mine in NJ called me today to tell me Lenders had closed their doors and declared bankruptcy, she also had a few checks from them bounce in the last week or so and is owed more money by them. Her contact said when they went into work today the employee's were told to collect their belongings and leave, this was in the Texas office. Apparently they had over 100 employees there.

With the bankruptcy who knows what will happen.

I am owed for 2 searches I did for them a few weeks ago, not a big loss.

But you are right they were always a nice company to work for.
