It is pretty difficult to do this unless you are a nation wide vendor. Most banks want to deal only with companies that cover all 50 states.

If you look at it from their view point, why have to chase up 1000's of abstractor's for orders when they can use 1 or 2 nationwide companies and make 1 or 2 phone calls (or emails)

I use to be 1/2 owner of a nation wide company, and most of our clients were banks.

The only bank that I know of who will out source to a company who does just 1 state is Wells Fargo, their Minnesota office, but I believe all they do is document retrieval.
