In addition to institutional work, we do extensive marketing for individual searches. Dealing with the individual customer is more challenging, (and you have to get ALOT of them!) but we have a system and a great team for it. In addition to the website, we have affiliations with many real estate related entities (such as Fizber).

We spend $40,000 - $50,000 per month on advertising, so we always looking for more great abstractors to distribute these searches to, for all 50 states. All are welcome to send us your info, email/fax/mail, whichever you prefer.
