Eclipse pays about 60 days after the search. We have always been paid. It sounds like this episode did get out of hand but it may not be Wayne's fault. I'll relate an experience I had at my company. We had a title assistant who wasn't passing messages along correctly or at all. It created a huge flap with a colleague who had asked us to do a search for him. There was a delay and she did not pass the message on to him that his search was going to be delayed. It was a rush and she started ignoring his calls because of his constant calling. We didn't know anything was going on. A few days later I picked up voicemail when our TA was out and it happened to be our colleague going ballistic. We handled it but the moral of the story is sometimes bad employees make a mess of things. Owners of the company can't handle everything personally. This probably doesn't apply in this instance, but if you are dealing with a lower level person, get a supervisor or the owner on the phone if it's getting that bad.
