I am inclined to agree with Robert who has given you excellent advice. I either send another letter to this guy and attach the copy of your letter to the bar and give him a time frame. Then follow up and if you don't get a response, I would go ahead and send it to the bar. Your letterto the attorney and your letter to the Bar in PA would probably help in your case that you have tried to go through channels to resolve this situation but have had to go this route. I would talk to an attorney you trust about your problem. Sometimes they hear other stuff through their "grapevine" and may have more insights as to this particular attorney.  I hope that Robert is not right and the attorney not care anymore, but it sounds like he is in pretty far over his head with big-time tax liens and you are probably at the bottom of the totem pole.

Good Luck to you. That really is a shame as is in all the no-payers..it truly is shameful that people don't do the right thing. It used to be that you did this type of work in "Good Faith" but not so much anymore.
