We have done quite a bit of business for them over the years and last fall their account fell behind. Up to that point, they had always paid on time. Then we were told by one of our contacts that they were restructuring and that most of the staff have been let go. He said that he would get our account caught up and he did, almost immediately in fact.  Not sure what to tell you...
