From what I understand, this company went from around 45 employees to 4-5 employees over a period of months so they are struggling. I also have had issues getting paid from them, but eventually they pay with persistance. The best thing to do is contact the owner, and ask directly to speak to him (sorry, I don't remember his name). When you call, they will tell you accounts payable comes in evenings only. Don't waste your time leaving messages, ask to speak directly to the owner and most of the time issues do get resolved rather quickly. I have also asked for payment up front, which they have done once before for me. I still do their work (not a lot) and I send an invoice with the work and after 30 days I begin to contact them. Normally I get paid, not as fast as I like but they haven't screwed me over yet.
